Supported Versions:

Standards Manager has versions all the way back to 2004. We recommend current versions to maximize productivity. If you must use an older version, please call us for assistance.

Hardware Specifications:

Standards Manager follows the same hardware guidelines as the AutoCAD software within which it runs. There are no additional requirements.

Software Specifications:

The Standards Manager User Module requires a like* version of AutoCAD to be installed prior to installation of Standards Manager. *Like version is the same release year, i.e. v2015 AutoCAD works with v2015 Standards Manager.

The Standards Manager Administrator Module requires Windows 7 or newer and SQL Server 2012 Express (or SQL Server 2008 R2 or 2012).

NCS 5.0 from NIBS:

We have developed the complete digital version of the US National CAD Standards (NCS) v5.0 from the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS). Our database includes all of their layering and labeling content as well as thousands of symbols and is ready to load into AutoCAD using Standards Manager. Customers must purchase their licenses of NCS directly from NIBS. We will then provide you with the digital version upon proof of ownership. To purchase NCS 5.0:
